1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the tp444 platform and its users. When you register, log in, or use any service on tp444, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh. tp444 reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply. All of the above documents together form a complete agreement. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions will take precedence.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the tp444 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may open only one account.
• Users must transact in their own name and using their own payment method.

tp444 reserves the right to verify the name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration. Additional identity documents may be requested as part of the verification process. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

If false or incorrect information is provided at registration, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is your own responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing any third party access to your account is strictly prohibited.

• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or rented under any circumstances.

If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, tp444 reserves the right to temporarily lock the account. In such cases, the account will be restored after identity verification.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following methods are accepted for financial transactions on tp444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No payment methods other than these four mobile financial services are accepted.

For deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Where no maximum deposit limit is stated, standard transaction limits apply.
• Once a deposit is successfully verified, it will be credited to the account instantly.
• All deposits must be made from a method registered in your own name.

For withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to process.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if an active bonus is in place.

If unusual activity is detected in any transaction, tp444 reserves the right to place that transaction on hold until an investigation is complete. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the relevant authorities may be notified.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

tp444 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. The general bonus terms are set out below:

Welcome Bonus:

• A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Or deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.
• This bonus applies to the first deposit only.

Wagering Requirement:

• The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Certain games may not contribute toward meeting the wagering requirement.

In any dispute related to bonuses, tp444's decision will be considered final. If bonus abuse or fraud is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

tp444 offers sports betting, live casino, slot machines, fishing games, and other gaming services. Specific rules apply to each category.

For sports betting:

• A bet is considered final once it has been accepted.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change — verify the odds before confirming your bet.
• tp444 reserves the right to void specific bets if unusual betting patterns are detected.

For casino games:

• All games are operated using fair play technology (RNG).
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, the result may be voided and the stake refunded.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software error or bug will not be considered valid.

7 VIP Program

tp444 has four VIP tiers for regular players. Each tier comes with exclusive benefits and weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Your VIP tier is determined based on your activity and engagement on the platform. Active players have the opportunity to move up to higher tiers. VIP benefits are subject to change — contact the support team for the latest information.

Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and credited to the account within a specified timeframe. A wagering requirement may also apply to cashback.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tp444 platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using third-party payment methods or transacting in another person's name.
• Providing false information to strategically obtain bonus benefits.
• Hacking, manipulating, or running harmful code on the platform's software.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account or data.
• Conducting money laundering or fraudulent financial activities.
• Placing irregular bets through a betting syndicate or as part of a group.
• Operating an account on behalf of a person under the age of 21.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately, all deposits and winnings may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

tp444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or refusal to provide documents.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Contact the support team to submit a closure request. An opportunity to withdraw any verifiable balance will be provided before the account is closed.

10 Privacy & Data Protection
